Under programmes approved by the HCM City People’s Committee, the City’s Nguyen Hue road will be decorated with flowers carrying themes of integration and development.
Accordingly, the objects displayed at this exhibition will be carefully selected to most evidently reflect Vietnam’s culture from the beginning period to Thang Long Culture.

The culture-culinary Hat Lua Que Toi (My country’s rice grain) festival from December 10-12 at Binh Quoi 1 in Binh Thanh District will promote about 100 different dishes made from rice from every corner of Vietnam.
Attending the festival was delegates from the Vietnamese Government and the UNDP, representatives from ministries, sectors, cities and provinces along with other delegates from China’s Yunnan Province.
This is the 11th ship of this kind, which left the Japanese port of Yokohama on October 4 for Malaysia, Thailand, Laos, Indonesia, Singapore, and Vietnam, and is scheduled to return to Tokyo on December 11.
However, Lien said, the organizing committee is worried about bad weather would affect yacht performances. “The change of the date has nothing to do with the pace of preparations for the festival. Things are going on schedule.”
