TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The purchase of any travel services offered by Lien Bang Travel Trading Company Limited , Company number 4102011365, International tour operator number 79-169/TCDL, registered office located at 92 Nguyen Bieu St, Dist 5, HCM City Vietnam, doing business under the Lien Bang Travelink name (hereinafter Lien Bang Travelink) constitutes a contractual arrangement between you and Lien Bang Travelink, and represents your acceptance of Lien Bang Travelink Terms & Conditions.

Please ensure that you have read carefully and understood the below Terms & Conditions prior to booking. These Terms & Conditions are subject to change after the publication of the brochure, if any. Thus, you are advised to check on the Web sites or to request the latest version of the Terms & Conditions from our agents prior to booking your vacation.

The terms "we", "us", "our" are referred to Lien Bang Travelink, and the term "you" and "customers" are referred to the tourists who purchase and use any holiday service (of this site >> use for the website)

The contract form and its Terms and Conditions are set under Vietnam laws. Therefore there are some requirements in the Terms and Conditions to ensure the services will be provided adequately and legally.

1. Your personal information and booking

Whether you book individually or as a group, we will only deal with the lead booking name in all subsequent correspondence, including changes, amendments and cancellations.

You must be 18 years old at the time of booking. Travelers who are less than 18 years old on the departure date must be accompanied by an adult throughout the duration of the vacation.

You are responsible for the accuracy of personal details and/or any created information which provided by you and/or any other person traveling on the booking.

Please inform us immediately to correct your personal details and/or information error if any.

We reserve the right to refuse any booking made in contravention of this rule and you will be entitled to a full refund.

2. Price

The prices of the services are in USD and based on costs, tariffs, taxes and exchange rates at the current travel season. All prices are expected to be effect at the time of departure, and do not include airfare except where noted. We reserve the right to increase the price of your holiday after you have booked but no later than 30 days before the departure date. If the total tour price increases by more than 10%, customers will have the right to cancel within seven days of notification of the surcharge without penalty. No surcharges in respect of tourist service cost or currency fluctuations will be made once full payment of your tour package is received.

All prices are per person and based on double occupancy. Single room supplements and triple room reductions are listed where applicable. Not all accommodation types are available on all package tours. This guarantee excludes fuel surcharges, airfare increases, train fare increases and does not apply to any taxes, charges, or levies imposed by the government.

Children's Rates: Child costs are based on sharing a room with adults and using existing bedding. Cost for additional bedding and rollaway bed are available on request. Normally, children enjoy discounts in accommodation, transportation and in meal sets. Customers are required to provide us with details about children accompaniment, including the number and ages of accompanying children in order to enjoy the discount rate.

3. Deposit & Payment

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and bank transfer. Your payment is not deemed made until it is received by Lien Bang Travelink. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received by Lien Bang Travelink and you've received a confirmation invoice. The bank transfer fee shall be born by you in each deposit or payment transaction

       3.1. Deposit :

A "Guaranteed" deposit of 30% of total amount shall be required within 07 days after confirmation.

       3.2 . Payment :

The full payment shall be required within 30 days prior to the arrival date. Otherwise the Lien Bang Travelink has the right to cancel the booking without further notice.

For M.I.C.E. group(s) or FIT group(s) with special requests, deposit and payment terms shall be advised on case-by-case basis.

4. Booking Materialization/ Confirmation/ Amendments / Cancellation and No-Show

All bookings Materialization, confirmation, amendments, cancellations must be done on official written forms and acknowledged by both sides.

       4.1 Materialization :

You shall be responsible for confirming the materialization of the bookings to us within 60 days prior to your departure date.

       4.2. Confirmation :

Lien Bang Travelink shall be responsible for confirming the arrangements of the bookings to you within 48 hours. However, base on the specific requirements and circumstances from the suppliers that the appropriate confirmation deadline shall be applied.

       4.3. Amendment :

Any amendments request from you shall be acknowledged and confirmed by us. Concurrently, we shall advise should the amendments are accepted with or without surcharge due to the arising from your amendments.

       4.4 Cancellation : The cancellation charge shall be applied as follows :

• 59 - 46 days prior to arrival date : 10% of the total amount to be charged
• 45 - 31 days prior to arrival date : 30% of the total amount to be charged
• 30 - 22 days prior to arrival date : 50% of the total amount to be charged
• 21 - 15 days prior to arrival date : 75% of the total amount to be charged
• 14 days to the date of arrival : 100% of the total amount to be charged

       4.5. No Show :

Any No-show shall be treated as last minute cancellation and shall be charged at 100% of the total amount.

5. Custom and Immigration

Customs and/or immigration officials can, at their own discretion, deny the customers entry into Vietnam. Lien Bang Travelink cannot be held responsible for a denial of entry under any circumstances. Therefore, the refunds will not be provided.

6. Visas & Passports

You are responsible for obtaining and paying for all visas and entry documents if required, and for any documents required by the laws and regulations. Lien Bang Travelink cannot accept liability for any passenger refused entry onto any transport due to failure of the passenger to carry correct documentation. Most countries including Vietnam require that the passport be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the conclusion of your trip. It is recommended you have a minimum of three blank pages in your passport when traveling.

7. Travelers Who Need Special Assistance On Tours

You must report any disability requiring special attention while on tour at the time the reservation is made. Lien Bang Travelink will make reasonable attempts to accommodate the special needs of disabled travelers, but is not responsible in the event it is unable to do so nor is it responsible for any denial of services by air carriers, hotels, restaurants, or other independent suppliers. Most transportation services, including the touring coaches, are not equipped with wheelchair ramps. We regret that we cannot provide individual assistance to a vacation participant for walking, dining, getting on and off coaches and other vehicles, or other personal needs. A qualified and physically able companion must accompany travelers who need such assistance and must assume full responsibility for their well being.

For pregnant customers, before confirming your booking please check to ascertain whether the airline on which you will be flying will accept your reservation as restrictions may apply.

8. Accommodation

Lien Bang Travelink is not responsible for any change of hotel facilities, services due to maintenance and improvement at the time you stay there. We reserve the right to offer alternative accommodation of a similar standard in the case the accommodation operator overbooks their property or for any reason beyond our control.

Any accommodation will only be used by those people name on your Confirmation Invoice. You are full responsible for the cost of any damage during your stay. You have to pay locally for any lost and damage.

9. Complaints and Claims

If you have any problem during the trip, please contact our representative and/or our office. Please make the complaints directly to our office. Do not wait until the trip has completed. Failure to complain on the spot will result in the possibility to be dissatisfaction about the service and we will not able to correct the problems.

All claims involving the vacation services offered in this brochure or on the Web sites should be made in writing, emailing or faxing to Lien Bang Travelink within 30 days of the tour completion, except where such time limitations are prohibited by law.

10. Health requirements

Customers should take into account all international travel risks and familiarize themselves with health requirements applicable to the areas they intend to visit. The customer is solely responsible for checking the safety and security conditions, vaccination, and other health requirements of governments in countries visited or transited

In case there are suddenly sick guests, Lien Bang Travelink will take care of guests with all medical care and/or will bring the guest(s) to the nearest hospital. The sick guest(s) will be responsible for payment of such health care expenses.

11. Insurance

Travel Insurance is obligatory for the tourists whilst on a tour organized and conducted by Lien Bang Travelink. The tourists are able to arrange travel insurance on your own and responsible for ensuring that they are in possession of private travel insurance with protection for the full duration of the tour in respect of at least medical expenses, injuries, death, repatriation, cancellation, curtailment and loss of luggage and personal effects, with adequate cover. We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance at the time of booking.

If you still insist to have this valuable protection, please let Lien Bang Travelink be advised at the time of booking. Obviously, the additional fee shall be charged accordingly.

12. Responsibilities of Lien Bang Travelink

The air carriers, accommodations, and other suppliers (including but not limited to trains, cruises, ferries, motor coaches, hotels, and restaurants) providing services are independent contractors and are not agents, employees, servants, or joint venturers of Lien Bang Travelink. All certificates and other travel documents for services issued by Lien Bang Travelink are subject to the Terms & Conditions specified by the supplier, which are available upon request, and to the laws of Vietnam and the countries in which the services are provided.

We are responsible for making sure that each part of the holiday you book with us is provided to a reasonable standard and as was advertised by us (or as changed and accepted by you). If any part of your holiday is not provided as described and this spoils your holiday, we will pay you appropriate compensation unless this is due to reasons beyond our control.

Lien Bang Travelink is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to person, property, alteration of itineraries or cancellation in part or in full, caused by force majors including but not limited to climatic conditions, breakdown of machinery or equipment, acts of government or other authorities, wars whether or not declared, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations, terrorist activities, changes imposed by re-scheduling or cancellation of transportation by the transport suppliers.

However, Lien Bang Travelink will provide reasonable assistance in helping to resolve any reasonable dispute.

We will respect for the privacy of your data. Our security measures depend on you complying with this obligation and we are not responsible for any breach of your privacy due to your failure either to keep your password secret or to use other security devices correctly. Nor are we responsible for breaches of security arising out of intentional and/or unauthorized attempts to access the site, for example, by computer hackers.

No person, other than an authorized representative of Lien Bang Travelink by a document in writing, is authorized to vary, add, or waive any term or condition in its brochure or on its Web site, including any term or condition set forth in the preceding provisions.
