Day 1 : Hanoi – Arrival (D)
Arrive in Hanoi, pick up and transfer to the hotel. Have dinner at finest restaurant in Hanoi, brief with local guide and group members. Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 2 : Ha Noi city tour – Lao Cai (B/L/D)
Full-day tour of Vietnam’s capital, including Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and Traditional Stilt House, Ho Chi Minh Museum, One-Pillar Pagoda - typical Vietnamese places of worship, and Tran Quoc Pagoda along the shore of West Lake. Also tour Vietnam’s first university, the thousand-year-old Temple of Literature and the Ethnology Museum, where you can learn more about the minority groups we will be visiting up north. After dinner, transfer to Hanoi railway station for night train up to Lao Cai. Overnight on the train

Day 3 : Sapa –  Y Linh Ho – Lao Chai – Ta Van homestay with Zay minority: (B/L/D)
After breakfast, we’ll start our adventure by trekking down to the south east of Sapa alongside Muong hoa valley to Y Linh Ho village of the Black H’Mong, then keep walking down to Lao Chai village and have lunch. After lunch, we will continue our trekking to Ta Van of the Dzay People where we spend our night at. Have dinner with a local family, it’s a worthy chance for you to get to know the local houses full up their daily life styles and specific custom.

Day 4 : Ta Van – Giang Ta Chai Village (B/L/D)
After breakfast, we will continue to trek in Ta Van and down hill to Giang Ta Chai village  where Red Dao ethnic people live. Finish trekking at the main road where our coach will pick you up and drive you back to Sapa. Overnight in Sapa.

Day 5 : Sapa – Bac Ha market (Sun) – Ha Noi (B/L/D) or Can Cau market (Sat) or Coc Ly (Tue)
Have breakfast, transfer to Bac Ha disitrict. Stop for visiting trading corners: horses, pigs, birds then continue to main parts of the market. You are to know how this unique market keeps its traditional way of trading through such many years.
After lunch, we will walk to Ban Pho village where the Flower H’mong exposes their interesting life, witnessing the impressive architecture, experience the special of corn wine. Back to the main road where our car is wait for Lao Cai Town. Relax and have dinner. Take overnight train back to Ha Noi.

Day 6 : Hanoi – Ha Long -  Kayaking (B/L/D)
Arrive Hanoi early in the morning. Pick up and transfer to restaurant for breakfast. Leave Hanoi for Ha Long Bay and arrive around noon. Board a traditional wooden junk and begin your exploration of magical Halong Bay, one of Southeast Asia’s premier tourist destinations. An excellent, fresh seafood lunch will be served on the boat while cruise to the most beautiful areas in Halong for afternoon paddling under your own power through a cave in a nimble kayak (fee excluded). Overnight onboard the comfortable and charming junk.

Day 7 : Kayaking – Ha Long- Hanoi (B/L/D)
Wake up early in the morning to enjoy the aquamarine water of the bay at its best. After breakfast and early swim, we to explore Ha Long Bay, we’ll visit floating village. Meet the junk again for lunch while cruising back to Ha Long harbor. Transfer back to Hanoi by vehicle. Farewell dinner at the restaurant in town and overnight at the hotel in Hanoi.

Day 8 : Hanoi Departure (B)
Free until transfer to the airport for your flight back home.
